Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (or 1 pound homemade dough)
  • 24-36 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the Oven. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Prepare the Dough. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, roughly 12x10 inches, on a lightly floured surface.

Step 3

Assemble the Rolls. Cut the dough into 12 equal rectangles. Place 2-3 pepperoni slices in the center of each rectangle, and top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.

Step 4

Roll and Seal. Carefully roll up each dough rectangle, tucking in the edges as you roll to seal in the fillings. Pinch the ends closed.

Step 5

Arrange on Baking Sheet. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
