Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional, for some heat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the Cheese Mixture. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Heat the Dip. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized saucepan and place it over medium heat. Stir continuously until the cheeses are fully melted and the dip is smooth and creamy. This should take about 8-10 minutes.
