Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 1 cup light rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • Fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

In a large pitcher, combine the dark rum, light rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice.

Step 2

Stir well until all the ingredients are fully mixed.

Step 3

Add grenadine slowly by pouring it along the inside edge of the pitcher so it settles at the bottom, creating a beautiful gradient.

Step 4

Fill four glasses with ice cubes, and pour the punch over the ice.

Step 5

Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Step 6

Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical taste!

Recipe tips

For a refreshing punch, refrigerate the juices and rum before mixing to avoid diluting with too much ice. Add a dash of bitters for a slightly spicier and more complex flavor profile. Experiment with coconut or spiced rum for a unique taste variation. If you like it sweeter, add a bit more grenadine or even a splash of simple syrup.
